1. 収集する情報とその利用目的

pyonkai-technology（以下「当社」）は、AudioDigest（以下「本サービス」）において、以下の情報を収集・処理します：

  • 処理対象URL: ユーザーが入力またはOS共有したWeb記事の本文抽出およびAI要約生成のため
  • 生成された要約・台本テキスト: アプリ内音声再生、履歴管理、同一記事の再要約スキップ（キャッシュ）のため
  • 匿名端末識別子: 無料利用枠（1日5回等）の管理およびクラッシュ診断のため（匿名ハッシュ値として保存）
  • 定期購入ステータス: RevenueCatおよび各ストア基盤を通じたProプランの有効性確認のため（クレジットカード情報は当社では一切保持しません）

2. 【最重要誓約】AIモデル学習への不使用（Zero AI Training Guarantee）

AIモデル学習の完全禁止: ユーザーが入力したURL、抽出された記事本文、および生成された要約文・音声台本は、Google GeminiをはじめとするいかなるAIモデルの追加学習・再トレーニング・ファインチューニングにも一切使用されません。商用APIのゼロデータ保持・非学習契約に基づき運用されています。

3. BYOK（ユーザーAPIキー）の暗号化保護

ユーザー自身のGemini APIキーを設定・利用する場合、キーは端末内のセキュアな暗号化ストレージ（Android Keystore / iOS Keychain）にのみ保存され、当社のサーバーに送信・記録されることは一切ありません。

4. 外部委託サービス

本サービスは以下の信頼できる外部プロバイダーと安全に連携しています：

  • Google Cloud / Google AI (Gemini API): 要約・解説スクリプト生成（学習不使用契約）
  • Supabase Inc.: クラウドデータベース、セキュアなキャッシュ配信、APIクオータ管理
  • Jina AI: Webページのマークダウン抽出プロキシ
  • RevenueCat, Inc.: アプリ内課金およびサブスクリプション状態のクロスプラットフォーム管理

5. データの削除と開示請求

ユーザーは、アプリ内の「設定」＞「キャッシュを削除」より端末内の履歴データをいつでも即座に削除できます。個人情報保護法、GDPR、CCPAに基づく開示・消去請求は下記窓口にて受け付けます。

1. Information We Collect

pyonkai-technology collects minimal necessary data to deliver our AI personal radio summarization service:

  • Submitted URLs: URLs entered or shared by the user to extract article text and generate summaries.
  • Generated Summaries: Cached securely in cloud storage and local device storage to prevent redundant API calls and enable audio playback.
  • Anonymous Diagnostic Data: Hashed anonymous device identifiers used to manage daily free quotas (e.g. 5 summaries/day) and monitor application stability.
  • Subscription Tokens: Managed via RevenueCat and official App Store / Google Play billing APIs. We never handle or store credit card details.

2. Zero AI Training Guarantee

Core Privacy Commitment: Your submitted URLs, extracted article contents, and generated summaries/scripts are NEVER used to train, retrain, fine-tune, or build datasets for Google Gemini or any other foundation AI models. We use commercial API tiers with strict zero-logging and opt-out guarantees.

3. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Security

If you choose to use your personal Gemini API key, it is stored strictly inside your device's hardware-backed keystore (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain). The key is used only for direct HTTPS TLS 1.3 calls to Google's official endpoints and is never logged or transmitted to our servers.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure Providers

  • Google Cloud / Google AI: Gemini API for text summarization (zero-training terms).
  • Supabase Inc.: Cloud database, secure cache delivery, and edge functions.
  • Jina AI: Reader API proxy for clean markdown article extraction.
  • RevenueCat, Inc.: Mobile in-app purchase validation and subscription lifecycle management.

5. User Data Control & Deletion Rights

You can instantly delete all local summaries and listening history in the app via Settings > Clear Cache. Under applicable privacy laws (GDPR / CCPA / APPI), you may also request the deletion of server-side cached data by contacting us.
